Shipping & Delivery
Shipping Rates & Processing
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are tailored to the size, weight, and destination of each piece. Every artwork is carefully packaged to ensure its safe arrival. Orders typically ship via FedEx Ground or Express within 10–15 business days from the date of purchase.
Shipping for Original Works & Commissions
For original artworks and commissioned pieces, we provide specialized shipping options based on the scale and nature of the work. Larger pieces are professionally packed by our fine art shipping specialists and delivered via white-glove service for the utmost care and handling. International Shipping
We are pleased to offer international shipping. Please note that orders outside of the United States may be subject to additional shipping fees, duties, and taxes. For a quote or further details, please reach out to the studio.
Returns & Damaged Shipments
All purchases are final, as each piece is made to order with exceptional care. However, in the rare event that your artwork arrives damaged, please notify us within 10 days of delivery. To initiate a claim:
- Provide clear photographs of the damaged artwork, packaging, and shipping label.
- Retain all original packaging until the issue is resolved.
- Contact us promptly, and we will arrange for a replacement or resolution.
