Returns & Damaged Shipments

All purchases are final, as each piece is made to order with exceptional care. However, in the rare event that your artwork arrives damaged, please notify us within 10 days of delivery. To initiate a claim:

  • Provide clear photographs of the damaged artwork, packaging, and shipping label.
  • Retain all original packaging until the issue is resolved.
  • Contact us promptly, and we will arrange for a replacement or resolution.
